Don't Feed Our Wild Animals
Feeding animals - waterfowl, squirrels, raccoons, possums, rabbits, fish, or alligators can put you and the animals in danger. When a human feeds wildlife, they can become dependent on the food source and expect that all humans have food for them.
2/15/25 Annual Meeting of the Members 11am in the clubhouse. Max Routon will chair the election oversight committee. Light lunch will be served.

Our Calendar of Events will keep you informed of what is happening in the coming months, as our Social Group often has plans for activities and outings that you can sign up for in advance.
Spend your days at the clubhouse enjoying scenic views of Lake Dexter or relax and soak up the sun poolside. The community also features a club house, tennis courts, a boat dock and ramp. We are located conveniently close to restaurants, shopping, and Legoland.
