If you are in the process of purchasing a home in our community and need to to obtain an estoppel certificate from the Home Owners Association, send a written request to: Treasurer, CLHA, 3954 Cypress Landing West, Winter Haven, FL 33884. You may also email the request to clhawh@gmail.com. The fee structure is as follows: estoppel certificate $250; if property in arrears the fee is $400; if expedited (in three days or less) an extra $100 fee.
